Do I have to pay every month for a website?
No. The handed-over website is $2,300 once and every file is yours. The managed website is $400 today and $100 a month, which covers hosting, domain, SSL, backups and updates.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. The managed plan has no minimum term. Cancel any time with 10 days' notice by email. The site goes offline when the plan ends unless you buy it out.
When will NFC bracelets and business cards be available?
They're coming soon. Right now I'm taking orders for websites and logos. If you'd like to hear when they launch, email keelstonestudio@gmail.com.
How long does a website take?
Usually about a week from when I have your text and photos. Larger sites take longer, and I'll tell you the timeline before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Build and logo fees are not refundable once work has started. If I can't deliver, you get a full refund. Details are in the refund policy.
