Privacy Policy

Short version: I collect the minimum needed to reply to you, take payment and deliver your order. I never sell your details and never add you to a mailing list.
What I collect
Quote and contact forms: your name, email, the product, quantity, where it would ship (ZIP or city) and what you write.
When you pay: Stripe collects your name, email and payment details. I receive your name, email, what you bought and whether the payment succeeded. I never see or store your card number.
Order records: this site keeps an order number, the service, the amount, the payment status and the Stripe reference, so payments can be confirmed and reconciled.
Your signed agreement: the details you enter at checkout (name, business, address, email, phone, website domain), your drawn signature, and, as proof of signing, the date and time, your IP address and browser. They are kept with the agreement for as long as it may be needed as a record of what we agreed.
When you simply visit: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking. To limit abuse of the checkout, a one-way hash of your IP address is kept for a few minutes when you start a payment.
What I use it for
To reply to you, and to provide and bill what you bought. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
- Stripe processes payments.
- FormSubmit delivers form messages to my inbox.
- Hostinger hosts this website and its order records.
- Google serves the fonts (it receives your IP address) and hosts my Gmail inbox.
How long I keep it
Messages stay in my email so I can look back at what we discussed. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires. Ask me to delete your details and I will delete everything I am not required to keep.
