Refund & cancellation policy

Websites and logos

• The website build fee, the handed-over website fee and the logo fee are not refundable once work has begun. They pay for time already spent.
• If I am unable to deliver your website or logo for any reason, the fee you paid for it is refunded in full.
• Managed plan: cancel any time with 10 days' notice by email. It ends at the close of the month already paid. Months already started are not refunded in part.

Payments that did not go through

If you leave Stripe's page before paying, nothing is charged. If a payment fails, nothing is charged and you can try again.

NFC bracelets and business cards

Because they are made to order with your customization, the conditions for changes, defects, returns and refunds are stated in your quote before you pay.
